Food cravings

Today I’m going to write about how to stop bad food cravings.
During my weight loss journey I had a lot of these food cravings and here is my formula to get rid of them:

1) Use a natural appetite suppressant pill such as Proactol to limit your food cravings as much as possible.

2) When you have such a food craving, eat a small, healthy meal such as a salad.

3) Exercise enough (at least 3-5 hours per week)

4) Never give in, always resist the need for chocolate or other bad foods/snacks.

So there you have it, my personal success formula to stop (combat) bad food cravings. I hope this will help you in your weight loss journey as much as it helped me!

Good luck and remember, don’t touch the chocolate…
