Is it possible to drink yourself slim with green tea? – Yes and No.
Green tea isn’t a fat burner but because it contains thermogenes, it can help you burn fat when you drink 3 to 5 glasses of it each day.
So grean tea can help you lose weight but it is not really a fat burner.
Remember to use green tea in combination with a natural fat binder pill such as Proactol for maximum fat loss results!
