getting rid of love handlesMost people with too much bodyfat have to deal with love handles. This troubles a lot of people and quite frankly they have all reason to because love handles aren’t sexy at all!

Here are my personal tips to get rid of love handles as soon as possible:

- Go on a Diet!

Love handles are build up fatty deposits on the side of your hips so the first thing you need to do if you are serious of getting rid of them is go on a diet!

- Exercise!

Enough exercising plays an important roll in losing love handles.

- Watch your food!

Try to eat more healthy but fibre-and protein rich food (chicken, brown breads and cerials) to keep you “full” for longer…

- Do small but targeted exercises 3 times per week minimum!

Excercises such as “twist crunches”, “standing twist crunches” and “sit-ups” are perfect (Google them if you don’t know them yet…)

- Aerobic!

Aerobic exercises will help with your overall fat loss regime. Exercises such as running, cycling, swimming and even dancing are great ways to turn up your whole body and give you more energy in the long run.

- Use a popular slimming pill!

Proactol is one of the most popular slimming pills on the market because it delivers great results in a short time! You can learn more about Proactol here…

Tips to keep you going:

- Do it together with a friend! This will motivate you and keep you going every day again!
- Listen to upbeat music! This will motivate you during your workouts.
Now get rid of those nasty love handles NOW!

How to lose weight after hysterectomy

If you are planning to lose weight after hysterectomy you should start with it very slowly… Begin with 15 minutes of aerobics every day and gently increase the workout level when you notice things go better. On the nutrition side, you should:

1) Eat a lot of fruit and vetgetables during the day
2) Increase your protein intake (drink more milk and eat more yoghurt)
3) Drink a lot of water
4) And use a supplemental fat binder like Proactol to help you lose fat and to recover faster

Good luck and remember to take it easy in the beginning!!

* For those readers that don’t know what a hysterectomy is, you can find more info about it on Wikipedia.

Does water make you lose weight?

Does drinking water make you lose weight? - Yes it does!Drinking water makes you lose weight simply because you prevent your body from dehydrating. If you don’t drink enough water, your body will dehydrate and if your body is dehydrated, it will retain water in unflattering places…

Don’t forget to combine enough water drinking with a natural fat binder pill such as the popular Proactol to maximize your weight loss results as much as possible!

So yes, drinking enough water each day will make you lose weight!
