Why can’t I lose weight?

Why can’t I lose weight? - a question that I hear almost every week. A lot of readers here have e-mailed me questions like “My friend X keeps losing weight without increasing her exercise level, why can’t I lose weight like that?” so I thought I’d write a blog post about it…

First of all you must understand that everyone is unique and no-one has the same body. This unfortunately means that some of your friend will lose weight faster than you simply because their metabolism (the speed that the body “consumes” your food) is a lot higher.

You can’t 100% change the way your body works, however you can increase your metabolic rate so you too will lose weight a lot faster.

Here’s how you increase your metabolism:

1) Eat a small meal every 2 hours. By eating a small, healthy meal every 2 hours you “force” the body to burn food faster. This means your metabolic rate will increase automaticly.

2) Increase your cardio level. We want your body to burn these extra meals ASAP so you should help the body by training more often.

3) Use a natural fat binder such as Proactol for maximum weight loss results and to suppress your (bad food) appetite.

So now that you know how you can lose weight, it’s your job to start your weight loss journey ASAP!
