You will find after a week of chest pains and sore legs that you are able to finally able to finish the DVD or the class without passing out, at this point you will assume you made it through this and you are ready to take it up a notch and do something harder. So you try a more advanced copy of a DVD for Tai-Chi only to find you do not have enough air in your lungs to continue this process and you are really tired most of the time but you decide to stick it out a little longer.
Once you finally get past this collection of DVD’s that you have not lost a lot of weight but you have been able to make it through them without getting sick. You find that the mirror says you look pretty good, your husband is making cute little faces at you, but have you really made any headway. So you step it up a notch cause you figure the weight loss you are looking for is going to come any day now.
Then without any warning you will plateau, you will not lose any more weight doing this exercise, your body is getting firmer but you are not getting anywhere near the size you wanted to be.
You will even try more advanced works out with similar problems, you will try to do the workout with more intensity, ask for a personal trainer if you go to the gym or just get angry. However, that wont help you lose weight or your money back from all the products you used.
