Pickels - Foods that suppress appetiteIn order to suppress your appetite, it’s good to eat food that will keep you “full” for longer.
But what foods will suppress your appetite the most? Here’s a list:

Cashews
Organic vegetable broth
Organic chicken
Green vegetables
such as lettuce, bokchoy, cabbage, etc.
Pickles
Banana pudding shake

I also recommend the use of a natural appetite suppressant/fat binder pill such as the popular Proactol to suppress your food cravings even more and to lose weight as fast as possible.
