Most overweight people eat too much fat. There are various foods which should be avoided by obese people, here are a few:

White Bread/ Flour / pasta
White bread, flour and paste contain a lot of fat so we must avoid these foods.

Olives, Pastrami, Pizzas
These are all high salty foods and they harm your health. So we should avoid these so that we can keep reducing our belly fat. High salty foods can even cause high blood pressure too.

Coffee
Coffee contains caffeine and caffeine is harmful for the human body.

Chocolate
Chocolate contains sugar and a lot of bad calories…so avoiding chocolate is your #1 priority if you wanna lose weight.

Fatty Meats
Some meat can contain a lot of fat so be very selective when you go to the supermarket… 

Raw Onion
Raw onion contains a lot of fat. Always try to avoid raw onion as much as possible.

Beer and other Alcoholic Drinks
If you wanna lose weight and you don’t wanna end up with a beer belly, don’t touch it!

Cheese
Cheese contains a lot of fat which results in gaining extra weight. 

Butter
Butter is a big source of fat so it should be avoided as much as possible by those who want to reduce their bodyfat.
