Getting a Fat Belly
Before you can begin losing belly fat, it’s interesting to know what causes a fat belly in the first place.
Here are the most important things that cause a fat belly:
- Unhealthy snacks (candy, cookies, etc.) and chocolate
- Sodas such as Coke, Sprite, etc. and beer
- Greasy food such as french frites and chips
- Unhealthy meals such as pizza, lasagna, MCDonald’s junk, etc.
- Too much bread
Here’s how you can do it beter:
- Replace your unhealthy snacks with a small salad or fibre rich cookie
- Replace all your soda drinks and beer with water and tea (no ice-tea of course!)
- Replace your greasy, unhealthy meals with healthy, protein rich meals (chicken, tuna, a lot of vegetables, etc.)
- Reduce your bread eating. Only eat bread 2 times per day maximum (only in the morning and midday for example)
