How to lose love handlesIf there is one thing I hate it’s love handles. Those ugly fat flaps that bugle out when we wear jeans, it’s not that sexy! :( But how do we lose those love handles? Here are a few tips:

1. Cardio Interval Training
This kind of training will burn more calories than any other training. So interval training is better than continuous cardio training.

2. Exercise with full strength
Some people exercise but they only exercise the belly area. To lose love handles fast you should train the full body. If you perform full body exercises it will increase your overall muscle mass. With more muscle mass you will be able to burn off more fat.

3. Watch your diet
If you want to lose love handles, you need to cut down on what you eat. If you decrease your fat intake you will lose body fat!

4. Drink more water
You should drink at least 7-10 glasses of water every day.

5. Sleeping 7 hours per night is a must
Our body works best when we are asleep, not when we exercise. So in order to lose our love handles fast, sleeping 7 to 8 hours per night is a real must!

So now that you know how to lose love handles, it’s time to start dieting!
