how to make diet shakesDiet shakes, they are pretty delicious and an excellent protein source for your diet. But how do you make diet shakes? Here are some of my favorite recipes:

THE GRAPE DIET SHAKE

What you need:

250 ml Chilled milk
1 Cup Water
1 Cup of Black Grapes
1/2 Cup Sugar

How to create the diet shake:

Add 1/2 of the cup water to the grapes.
Add the other half of the cup water to the sugar.

Boil the grapes for 4 minutes so them turn soft.
Now boil the water and sugar mix until it achieves one consistency.

When this is done, blend the soft grapes and then add them to the sugar syrup. Let this simmer for a few minutes (~ 5)

Once done, put everything into the refrigerator for an hour or two.

After that, blend both the milk and the grape concentrate until it turns frothy. Now serve your diet shake in a glass and drink it!

THE HAWAï DIET SHAKE

What you need:

1 Banana
1 tbsp Grenadine syrup
1/2 Cup Pineapple juice
1/2 Cup Orange juice
Ice cubes

How to create the diet shake:

Very simple actually! You just put everything into your blender and blend until it smoothens. Finally, add your ice cubes when the diet shake is served.
