Running is a great way to burn fat quickly, however exercising on a cross-trainer (see picture) still gave me the best weight loss results afterall. How to run to burn fat quickly is simple. You just have to make sure you can run for 30-45 minutes non-stop and this every day.
When doing this exercise, make sure you really push yourself to the limit. Of course, some people can’t do this kind of intense exercise. In this case you should build your way up… First start with 10 minutes per day, then 15, then 20 and so on until you reach the 30-45 minutes mark.
If you do this along with a decent diet, I can 100% gurantee you that you will burn fat quickly! Remember to use a natural fat binder pill such as the popular Proactol too to speed up the fat burning process as much as possible.

I personally used several fat burn tablets before. Some where good, others were terrible. The fat burn tablet I had great results with was Proactol, a clinically proven fat binder made from organic ingredients.

Burning belly fat is actually not that hard. All it takes to burn your belly fat is the right food, a little exercising and a decent fat binder product.
