weight loss motivation tipsOne of the most difficult tasks during weight loss is staying motivated. Most people quit when it becomes difficult or when they don’t notice any direct weight loss results on the weightscale.
This is when a clear focus on your final goal can give you a motivational boost.

I know that in the beginning you’ll think that your goal seems out of reach so here are a few tips that may help you be more motivated when you first start dieting:

- Diet and exercise along with a friend. It’s more fun that way!
- Listen to up-beat music when excersising
- Weigh yourself only once per week or once every 2 weeks
- Start a small competition with your friend(s). For example: Let’s see who lost most weight by the end of the month.
- Never sit still, make sure you always have something to keep you busy.
