Most people quit when it becomes difficult or when they don&#8217;t notice any direct weight loss results on the weightscale.<br />
This is when a clear focus on your final goal can give you a motivational boost.</p>
<p>I know that in the beginning you&#8217;ll think that your goal seems out of reach so here are a few tips that may help you be more motivated when you first start dieting:</p>
<p>- Diet and exercise along with a friend. It&#8217;s more fun that way!<br />
- Listen to up-beat music when excersising<br />
- Weigh yourself only once per week or once every 2 weeks<br />
- Start a small competition with your friend(s). For example: Let&#8217;s see who lost most weight by the end of the month.<br />
- Never sit still, make sure you always have something to keep you busy.</p>
