Now that summer is near, I know a lot of people dream about that perfect beach body. Since I’ve received several requests to post a simple beach body workout here, I decided to make your beach dream come true…
My 12-week during workout consists of 2 important steps: Dieting & Exercising and can be followed by both men and women!
What you need:
- Access to a cross-trainer or decent running shoes
- Proactol, a natural fat binder pill. You can only buy Proactol online here
Dieting
During the upcoming 12 weeks, you should eat clean, healthy foods and use Proactol, your fat binding supplement.
On top of that, you should:
- Eat small, light meals every 2 hours
- From 5PM, stop eating carbohydrate rich food (no more bread, pasta, etc.)
- Don’t eat fruit after 5PM because most fruit contains sugars
- Eat a lot of protein rich foods (chicken, tuna, egg-whites, etc.)
- Stop drinking sodas. Drink 2 bottles of water a day instead.
Exercising
Starting from now, you should exercise 30 – 45 minutes per day, 5 days a week on your cross-trainer. If you don’t have access to a cross-trainer, go running for 30 minutes/day.
Remember, your body starts burning fat after 20 minutes of cardio only. So training for 15 minutes/day will be good for your condition but it won’t bring you that nice beach body you’ve always dreamed of.
This workout may look heavy for some of you but it isn’t really. Just start small with 10 minutes/day, then 15, then 25, etc. and after a week or two you can handle 30-45 minutes for sure.

A lot of men and women suffer from neck fat and wonder how they can get rid of it. Well, there isn’t really a success formula for losing neck fat.
The only sure way to lose it is dieting, cardio and Proactol! Neck fat is just like belly fat, easy to lose if you know how.
So first of all, a clean diet is really a must. You can read my other blog posts to discover what exactly you should eat.
In order to burn more calories you should do cardio for 3-5 hours per week. I recommend running, cycling or workouts on the cross-trainer.
And last but not least, you should combine Proactol, a popular fat binder made from organic ingredients, with your diet.

Cashews
Organic vegetable broth
Organic chicken
Green vegetables such as lettuce, bokchoy, cabbage, etc.
Pickles
Banana pudding shake
I also recommend the use of a natural appetite suppressant/fat binder pill such as the popular Proactol to suppress your food cravings even more and to lose weight as fast as possible.
Wearing a weighted vest while doing cardio is a good way to burn extra calories but you should be very careful…
Such weight vests will help in burning extra calories for sure but they can also harm your joints.
So use it if you can but make sure you don’t overtrain your body. If you really wanna burn extra calories while doing cardio it’s better to combine a popular fat binder such as Proactol with your diet.
